Refund policy
Email us at sgpetstop@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp +65 82287208 within 5 working days should you receive a defective item. Do indicate your order number and provide us with photo(s) of the item for return and/or exchange.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging & tag intact. Do kindly keep your receipt until the return and/or exchange is completed.
Refund (if any) will be process via the same payment mode you had opt to purchase the item, up to 14 working days.
We only accept refund, return and/or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
Note: We are not responsible for any import taxes/duties and other charges, delays & losses once the package is with our courier partner. Please check with your local authorities for more information on taxes and prohibited/restricted items.
